  • We do not bill insurance directly. All services are self-pay, which allows us to provide thorough evaluations without the limits or restrictions insurance companies sometimes impose.

  • Our evaluations are offered as a flat fee, which covers the entire process from start to finish. This includes your initial interview, all testing sessions, scoring and interpretation of results, a comprehensive written report, and a feedback meeting to go over findings and recommendations.

    • ADHD + Psychoeducational Evaluation: $2500

    • Gifted or Other Evaluation: $850

  • Yes. We can provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network benefits for psychological testing.

  • Our evaluations are comprehensive and personalized. The fee reflects not only the testing hours but also the in-depth analysis, report writing, and feedback session. You receive clear answers, tailored recommendations, and documentation you can use for school, work, or treatment planning.

  • We offer in-person evaluations at our Tampa office. We also conduct remote evaluations to clients across Florida via secure telehealth. Some evaluations require in person appointments, whereas other evaluations can be conducted using secure telehealth. All cognitive and academic testing require in person appointments.

    Psychoeducational Evaluation: Typically 2–3 hours, depending on age and the number of tests administered.

    Gifted or Other Evaluations: Varies based on the purpose, usually 2–3 hours.

  • Yes. we provide evaluations for both children and adults, with assessments tailored to age, developmental stage, and specific concerns.
