Results from a comprehensive ADHD evaluation can support an ADHD diagnosis, eligibility for a 504 plan at school, and recommendations for accommodations at school or in the workplace.
Who This Evaluation Is For
This evaluation is appropriate for children age 6 and up, adolescents, and adults. Whether you're a parent who has watched your child struggle for years without explanation, or an adult who has spent a lifetime wondering why certain things feel so much harder for you than for everyone else, a comprehensive evaluation can provide real clarity and a path forward.
Format & Insurance
This evaluation is available virtually anywhere in Florida via secure telehealth, or in person in the Tampa Bay area. I am currently in-network with Aetna, and in the process of credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to verify your benefits before scheduling. Self-pay is also accepted; visit the Fees page for current pricing.
