ADHD Evaluation

An in-depth evaluation to clarify whether ADHD may be affecting you or your child. Includes interviews, standardized rating scales, a detailed report, and a 30-minute feedback session to discuss results and next steps.

This evaluation is appropriate if:

  • Your child needs formal ADHD documentation for school accommodations.

  • You are an adult and want to find out if you have ADHD for your own understanding.

  • You are an adult and need documentation for school or workplace accommodations.
