  • Comprehensive clinical interview covering developmental, medical, and psychosocial history
  • Separate parent and child interviews for minors
  • Standardized rating scales completed by you and the people who know you best, capturing ADHD symptoms, broad emotional and behavioral functioning, and executive functioning across settings
  • Careful differential diagnosis to rule out co-occurring or alternative explanations
  • Detailed written report with diagnostic conclusions, strengths and challenges, and practical recommendations
  • Feedback session to review findings together and answer your questions

What Results Can Support

Results from a comprehensive ADHD evaluation can support an ADHD diagnosis, eligibility for a 504 plan at school, and recommendations for accommodations at school or in the workplace.

Who This Evaluation Is For

This evaluation is appropriate for children age 6 and up, adolescents, and adults. Whether you're a parent who has watched your child struggle for years without explanation, or an adult who has spent a lifetime wondering why certain things feel so much harder for you than for everyone else, a comprehensive evaluation can provide real clarity and a path forward.

Format & Insurance

This evaluation is available virtually anywhere in Florida via secure telehealth, or in person in the Tampa Bay area. I am currently in-network with Aetna, and in the process of credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to verify your benefits before scheduling.
