• Comprehensive clinical interview covering developmental, medical, and psychosocial history

Results from a comprehensive autism evaluation can support an autism diagnosis, IEP or 504 plan eligibility for school-age children, college disability services accommodations, and workplace accommodation requests under the ADA for adults. Just as importantly, a clear diagnostic picture helps identify the right treatment and support strategies for your or your child's specific needs, so you leave with a real plan forward, not just a label, whether or not formal accommodations are something you're seeking.

This evaluation is appropriate for children age 6 and up, adolescents, and adults. Whether you're a parent seeking answers about your child's development, or an adult who has spent a lifetime wondering why certain things feel so much harder for you than for everyone else, a comprehensive evaluation can provide real clarity and a path forward.

Format & Insurance

For adults, most components of the evaluation can typically be completed via telehealth. For children, an in-person evaluation is usually necessary, since accurate diagnosis often requires directly administering the ADOS-2, a structured observational assessment that cannot be completed virtually. Every evaluation is tailored to the individual, so please contact me to discuss what your evaluation might entail.
